Spicy Tuna Mayo Musubi
Ingredients
- 1.5 asian cups (合) rice
- 2 5oz cans tuna
- 3 oz mayo
- 2 tbsp sriracha paste
- green onion
- nori, cut in half
Other options include sichuan chili oil
Instructions
- Start cooking rice
- Combine other ingredients
- Fold everything together evenly when rice is done
- Press in a musubi mold
