Spicy Tuna Mayo Musubi

Ingredients

  • 1.5 asian cups (合) rice
  • 2 5oz cans tuna
  • 3 oz mayo
  • 2 tbsp sriracha paste
  • green onion
  • nori, cut in half

Other options include sichuan chili oil

Instructions

  1. Start cooking rice
  2. Combine other ingredients
  3. Fold everything together evenly when rice is done
  4. Press in a musubi mold
